The data administrator is Lexinvest Doradztwo Prawne Magdalena Durlik-Olszewska with the registered office in Warszawa, Górnośląska 2/39, 00-444 Warszawa, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 609-002-26-74. Data protection takes place in accordance with the requirements of commonly binding legal regulations and data storage takes place on secure servers.

For the interpretation of terms, the glossary of Terms and Conditions applies or as described in the Privacy Policy.

For the purpose of a better perception of the Privacy Policy, the term "User" is replaced by "you", "Administrator" by "We". The term "GDPR" means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

We respect the right to privacy and ensure data security. For this purpose, among others, a secure communication encryption protocol (SSL) is used.

Personal data provided in the form on the landing page are treated as confidential and are not visible to unauthorised persons.

The Administrator processes your personal data primarily for the purpose of performing a contract, providing services to you or taking steps necessary to enter into a contract or commence the provision of services (pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). In addition, the Administrator may also process your personal data in order to fulfil legal obligations incumbent on it as an Administrator (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR). Occasionally, the Administrator may also process your data for purposes based on the Administrator's legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). In other cases, the basis for processing is the consent you have given (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

The service provider is the data controller of its customers. The administrator processes only ordinary data, such as: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number.

The service provider is also the controller of persons subscribed to the newsletter.

Personal data are processed:

• in accordance with data protection legislation,
• in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy,
• in the scope and for the purpose necessary to establish, shape the content of the Agreement, amend or terminate it and properly perform Services provided electronically,
• in the extent and for the purpose necessary to fulfill legitimate interests (legally justified purposes), and the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject
• for the purpose of sending the newsletter, if you have subscribed to the newsletter.

Each data subject has the right of access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority (i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection).

In the normal course of business, the Administrator may transfer your personal data to external recipients (subject to any requirements to ensure their security under data protection legislation) when this proves necessary for business processes, to ensure the high quality of service provision, as well as to meet legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator. The above includes the following categories of data recipients: (a) business partners; (b) suppliers and contractors of the Controller e.g. courier service providers, legal service providers.

Your data shall be processed for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, i.e. to provide the services, and thereafter for the period required by law or necessary to pursue the legitimate interests of the Administrator.

The deletion of personal data may take place as a result of the withdrawal of consent or the lodging of a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data.

We have implemented pseudonymisation, data encryption and access control so that we can minimise the effects of any possible breach of data security.

The Administrator uses the Internet technologies used to:

ensuring the functioning, safety and reliability of the Service;

adjusting the content of the Website to the User's preferences and optimising the use of the Website, improving the Website (appropriately display the Website, adjusted to the individual needs of the User);

analysis and creation of statistics which help to understand how users of the website use the website, which enables improvement of its structure and content (e.g. Google Analytics).

The Administrator uses Google Analytics tools, which collect anonymous information about the user's visit to the website, such as sub-pages which the user has viewed, time spent on the website and page transitions. The information is collected in order to generate anonymous statistics on the functioning of the website and to enable analysis of the website's activity so as to best adjust the offer to the needs of the users.
